Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The logo will be used on shirts, cufflinks, wallets and lanyards so it must look sleek, bold and eye catching and attention grabbing. I found a logo that i am going to attach to this project on google. I really like it but but dont want to use it becuase i am afraid that it is trademarked or someone has to the rights to it. However, i would like the logo to be used as inspiration or a model for the logo you will create.
