Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, we are a caravan hire / sharing website startup in Australia in need of a new fresh home page design.

We are looking for a more permanent designer for other materials in future so we'd like to form a long term relationship with the successful bidder.

On this UXpin preview, you can see the kind of layout we're going for (sort of), but we are not designers so we would like to outsource this project to somebody who knows what they're doing and can help us come up with a fresh, modern look that works well on desktop, mobile & tablet devices.

The website is going to be built on Wordpress, probably using the Bridge theme (see demo here: http://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/7315054)
This theme is very flexible but we'd like you to keep in it's functionality in mind when designing our new home page for all devices.

A couple of notes about the design:

- We would like the home page design / banner / header area to be full width, but with the main page content to be within the normal width container grid
- Please make the banner area only 400px high in total.
- Please make the image fade into white so the menu items & logo are visible
- We need the blue bar from the UXpin design moved to the very top of the website as a header above the main menu. We should also change the icons to more recognisable icons like the actual twitter icon, an envelope instead of an @ symbol, and the Facebook thumb for the Like button etc.
- For the featured e'd like to keep using the font used in "SHARE THE CARAVAN LOVE" & "Plan Your next Australian adventure" etc, but for the rest of the fonts we'd like to use a nice clean simple modern font please.
- Our brand blue colour is #27aae1, so we need to choose supplementary colours that go with this eg. for the green & red buttons (These can be different colours if you think it looks better - as long as they stand out).
- We need the search functionality to be "above the fold" on all devices please. We also need the "I have a caravan" & "I need a caravan" buttons above the fold.
- Please move the "I need a caravan" content to the left and the "I have a caravan" content to the right

We are marketing ourselves as "The airbnb for caravans", so we're shooting for a home page design that has a similarly modern, clean look - kind of like https://www.airbnb.com/ - except we'll have more text blocks on our home page for SEO purposes.

Please submit two designs - One for desktop layout & one for mobile.
