I'm pretty sure it said if you made your account in April you can complete. As you said yourself, you did not. So I'm sorry to say but you will not be illegible.

I was eliminated because I was told that it is ONLY for designers who made an account in April....I did make an account in April so I do not understand why I was eliminated. Thank you.
