Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new healthy food preparation company called "Sproott." The name inspiration comes from a combination of "sprout" "root" and "fruit".

Our initial product is healthy meals to preschools, delivered fresh daily. We plan to branch into one of two markets in the future 1) focusing on families (i.e. healthy meal delivery to families) or 2) schools (i.e. healthy food in private schools).

We put a lot of research into our food design: We have a PhD in childhood nutrition who analyzes our menus and works together with our executive chef to make sure what we're doing is nutritionally optimized. So we're very scientific, we believe in fresh food, non-processed, lots of fresh fruits and veg etc.

We tend towards organic and local, but cannot guarantee that immediately.

Our customers are smart, wealthy, and busy.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• We can go one of two ways: word as logo, or image as logo + the word
  
  WORD as Logo
  If the word is the logo, some element must be distinctive because that's the image/icon we'll use for social media
  
  COLOR
  Open to different color combos appropriate for a food company. However they MUST be elegant - this is a high-end product.
  
  CONCEPT
  Must have something that calls to mind nature - roots, sprouts, leaves, fruit etc.
  
  STYLE
  We would like to focus on a "hand drawn" type style - look at innocent drinks for an example.

Schön zu haben

• Could make have "p" have roots and "t" have sprouts - playing with the placement of different natural growing elements
  
  For the word "sproot" we want ALL SMALL LETTERS - this is cuter and more personable
  
  Companies we like are ben&jerry's, innocent drinks

Sollte nicht haben

• Roots can be pretty ugly, so if you use roots, find ways to make them cute!
