We are a long standing real estate team with name recognition in southwest Florida Naples/Marco Island. We are focusing on beach and water front properties in a high end real estate market. The key to our success has been outstanding customer service.
Our demographic is middle age to baby boomers affluent buyers and sellers predominantly from the Midwest, eastern seaboard, Canada and Europe.
We are looking for logos that emphasize our name Sandlin and highlights what we do sell Real Estate.
We would like a simple design that is easy to read and is easily transferred to other mediums, Brochures, Website, name badges, embroidering on shirts, business cards…
OUT OF THE DESIGNS WE HAVE SEEN WE LIKE THE ONES THAT ARE SUBTLE AND HAVE A SIMPLE ACCENT OR FLARE TO THEM. EASY TO READ TEXT HAS BEEN KEY AND K.I.S.S.
WE HAVE NOT LIKES THE ONES THAT ADD A CLIP ART OR IS NOT TURLY INTIGRATED INTO THE DESIGN, OR MAKE THE S A SEPERATE LOGO, OR USED THE ROOF LINE OVER TEH NAME.
If the Logo is done in InDesign that is a bonus.
