Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking to create a new small square logo and an updated banner for Medical Missionaries (See www.medmissionaries.org) The small square logo should have the words, "Medical Missionaries" only. The banner should also have the tag line "People of all Faiths Helping The Poorest of the Poor". The banner should include the same graphic elements of the small square logo. A key design element is something representing MM work around the world. Some medical imagery or photography (perhaps including a poor child receiving treatment) might be powerful.
