Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a group training crew. We are into the great Aussie outdoors and we meet once a week to go running/swimming/circuit training. we are a close group of mates and we want to make up some shirts/hats. there are about 10 of us in the group. we meet at Manly so a surf theme is good but we want the logo to be the letters TMF (it actually stands for Tuesday Manly Fitness) we don't want to use the full words in the logo at all. 2 colours Blue and White and it needs to work in reverse so simple but clever design required.
