Schilder-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am having a horse float custom built with commercial kitchen inside for the purpose of preparing and selling crepes out the side at local markets.
I want a design to cover the horse float in a style that incorporates both the 'crepes' & 'horse float' themes in maybe a quirky manner.
The name is Canterbury crepes.
I felt that a caricature of a jockey on his horse eating a crepe was a fun idea but am very opened to all ideas for my little business that creates humour and excitement.
I like the idea of minimal colours and possible line drawings to make the production stages cheap and the end product to be clean and easy on the eye.
The target market will be both kiddies and adults with exciting gourmet flavours delivered in simplistic ways.
As yet I do not have a logo designed.

28/03/2013 - I have uploaded a picture of a horse float the resembles the one I am having built. If you could imagine the whole exterior being white with a pop out window servery you'll be on the money with how it will look without sinage.
