Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a particular service that we offer as a medical and non-medical home care company. 360 degree Case Management is what we call a program where we have a registered nurse take a comprehensive approach in the care of someone who needs homecare. They would coordinate everything from Drs, to physiotherapists, to insurance or third party payors, to family, hospital discharge coordinators etc... basically, an expert in healthcare to help a family figure out the best course of action, with all angles considered. Most companies say they do "case management" but they are little more then order takers for their own services. Qualicare takes on a complete patient advocacy approach that fully encompasses all of the best interests of the patient and family involved working sometimes with dozens of involved parties for the complete wellbeing of the patient and family.

For that reason, we don't simply want to call what we do "case managment" because our service is way over and above what is typically called case managment - thus 360o Case Management. for this distinction, we want that phrase turned into a logo.
