Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for commercial property located at 607 North Avenue Wakefield, Massachusetts 01880. The property is comprised of 4 buildings (3 office buildings and a hotel - Clarion Inn).

The key attributes that differentiate this property are:

1. Lakeside location
2. Close proximity to the 93/95 interchange, located 10 miles from downtown Boston, Massachusetts.
3. Lots of daily foot traffic (walkers and joggers circling Lake Qwonopowitt)
4. The office buildings are occupied by small to midsize companies
5. We are creating a "park like" setting with new landscaping and exterior renovations.

Currently, the property is called "Lakeside Office Park", but we will be changing the name to "Lakeside Park".

We would like to see designs that incorporate any of the key attributes listed above, a design that communicates the concepts of "park", "connection", "professional", "community", "lakeside", "legacy" and "status".
