Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my small venture that i am starting. It is going to be a private dining experience where I as the chef will cook at your house. My food is very modern and will be marketed to my top end clients around Melbourne, Australia. My company name will be Utopia Private Dining. I want it to look very sophisticated, modern, clean cut,laboratory and scientific almost. I want to be able to put the logo on business cards, letterheads, my web site, printing on clothing etc. The concept i want is the following:

I have bought the rights to a picture through 123rf and i have enclosed it in the document. It is a very modern picture of a plate and knife and fork. I want this picture to be part of the Utopia -
the fork is part of the T in Utopia, the plate is part of the o and the knife is part of the p. I want the "Utopia" to be the main part of the logo and private dining to be secondary but still incorporated in the logo. Apart from the picture i don't want any other colours introduced.
