Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new Janitorial company based in Silicon Valley
" All Janitorial Service Inc. " We clean buildings, offices, carpet, floors and windows. We would like to see designs that use the colors, white, black and red. The final design should communicate " Office Cleaning ." I would like to have something simple yet to the point. I attached an image, and would like something similar to that. Also, I would like to add a slogan, "Your one stop for cleaning service." It needs to be professional, not including abstract art as a background, or cartoon images. I would like the name "All Janitorial" to be under lined. The logo is going to be used on a black background and white background so the letter colors need to be able to be reversible, meaning changing from white to black or red. This is the best description i could give, hopefully someone could help bring my idea alive.
