Hello,
Is the two Lords? as in Lords James and Jones, or one Lord and a Commoner? as is in Lord James and Jones.

1. You've used the Oxford comma in your question.
2. It's a name and if you check 'Fowler's Modern English Usage' you will see that as a name it doesn't have to comply with the principles of grammar.
3. The 'logo text' part of the design brief is very clear.
