Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Honestly, I have no idea where to even begin. We are a new brewery, just starting up, in Delaware. We are called Midnight Oil due to the fact that we work our full time jobs while also being brewers which often means long nights and many hours. We love beer, and are very pasionate about our craft. We have an old world feel in our souls when it comes to beer. Breweries used to be in every town before prohibition, and now they are very few and far between. We have our roots in that old world tradition of brewing local and serving local. We had a logo idea that had an old lantern glowing in the middle of a hop cone in the colors of black yellow. We liked where that was headed, but realized that it was not something that worked when you made it smaller, like on business cards or twitter. So we went back to the drawing board and are comming up blank. We need something simple and easy to recognize, but also that conveys a history of brewing tradition that goes back centuries. I am not sure if I am communicating what I mean here, and certain you will have questions. Please feel free to contact me with anything. I uploaded 3 variations on an idea we just had, but we are not married to it.
