The size should be standard US letter size (8.5 x 11) ... front and back.
I will upload the graphics ASAP.

1. The size should be standard US letter size (8.5 x 11) ... front and back
2. The headings should be highlighted. And feel free to stylize the layout (different bullets, etc)
