What do you suggest? We use adobe creative suite here.

InDesign, it a little more flexible than photoshop.
Please advise if you can work with this.

Hi Andy:

I agree with Patrick. InDesign will let you change text etc. much more easily than Photoshop and it has several presets for creating different types of PDF (press quality, electronic distribution etc)
