Because you don't have anything guaranteed, there's a pretty solid chance you won't hear from a lot of people, if any at all. If you can flush out some of the specs and commit to the project (probably extend your deadline), I'd take a stab at it.

My apologies for lack of response to this project.  I got called away to other issues but back on track now.  Brief is to apply existing/supplied graphics to the livery/wrap of of a Courtesy Bus.  I realise the budget is a bit stingie and will consider increase to best proposals.

what about LIQUOR LEGENS logo? We have to use it too? Do you have another version of it?
