Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are one of the top 5 construction companies in Perth and we are looking for five new logos(eventually) to be designed for new divisions in the new home building industry in Perth, Western Australia. We will be the Choice group of companies and each division will look after a particular market segment. We want to reflect that we are one big family but at the same time the logos need to reflect their individual purpose. Note: We are wanting to concentrate on the First Choice Logo at this stage and then work closely with the winning designer to achieve the other logos. The other logo briefs however should be helpful in terms of knowing what we are wanting to achieve in the future.

1- First Choice Homes
We want the logo to be associated with homes or a house. We are open to colour ideas but keep in mind the 5 brands. We want the company logo to portray a young, inviting, fun and simplistic yet sophisticated branding. Building your first home is a daunting prospect for most so we want to show professionalism/ vibrancy and excitement. Examples: Homestart WA (we love their websites simplicity as well as the use of characters.)

2- Choice Living
This company will be called Choice living, with the full name being Choice Living Homes WA. This brand will be for those who want to build to the 'next level' high quality design and service. This will be the top grade homes with an array of choices in design and upgraded features and inclusions. Still part of the choice family but with more sophistication. It will be appealing to clients that are more discerning. Examples: Webb and Brown Neaves.

3- Units by Choice
Unit developments that offer expertise in subdivision for maximum results. Investors that are looking to build their portfolio. The Logo can just say Units Choice.

4- Apartments by Choice
Joining word 'by' can possibly be removed. Specialise in apartment design and construction. Focus on investors and developers and offer the full service from architects, designers and using our specialised panel system to create a fast build times.

5- Future Choice
Building homes with an innovative, energy efficient product that is leading the way in home building in WA. More eco friendly, stronger, cost effective and fast build times. This is for the environmentally conscious clients.
