please confirm this is for 2 pages psd design with CSS,XHTML coding only & not ecommerce coded or any backend built for the budget set

Thanks for the question. I can confirm that we are only looking for 1 home page and 1-2 content pages designed (psd) with CSS,XHTML coding completed. Any backend work we will do ourselves.

There is additional work that we will want done (some banners and graphics designed, and a full responsive dashboard designed) but this will be a separate piece of work from the basic design.
