Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our new real estate company based out of Orlando Florida. The company name is Zenn Properties and we specialize in the buying, selling, and renovation of residential real estate. "House Flipping" in short, as most people refer to it. I would really like something on the masculine side that feels professional but I also don't want it to look too corporate. Modern, clean, simple, all come to mind when I think of the perfect design. If you could incorporate some sort of sketch of a modern looking home that would be great. Nothing too detailed, just an outline of sorts but I don't want it to take over the whole look. Please see the uploaded files to see examples of what I DO NOT want to see. These are the ones I have passed on, which have come nowhere close to what I am envisioning. If you google "modern home sketch", the images that come up are a very good example of what I'm thinking. However, I am picturing a very simplified version of something similar, just an outline of sorts and very simple. Hope someone can capture this! Thanks!
