Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new range of long sleeved fishing shirts for sublimation printing. The name is "Nautilus NQ" (North Queensland) and the logo is to feature mainly across the top, back of fishing shirts. I am looking for something not too masculine or aggressive as the logo will be used on various coloured shirts, including pink. I have attached a logo found elsewhere which I really like the style of but I am open to other suggestions as well, but not cartoons. I have also attached a photo of a fishing shirt to give an indication of where this wording will be. Text can be all lower case with no spaces if preferred. Thanks!
