OMG !
really this is a copy n paste design, this designer has really cheated the project owner.
I hope they take action on this .
Three days back , when similar issue happened the project owner took action and crowd design removed this designer from design crowd .

Hello project officials, please be careful of these particular designers. They are copying logos from different logo design sites like 99designs.com & shutterstock etc and cheating the clients.I have proof with links to prove that they have copied.The following designers are the main threat in design crowd .

Dear Designers,
I have never cheated or stolen any design from others.
The design here is my own work, the possible similiatry is accidental.
I can prove my right with my handmade sketches if I have to, and also take the responsibility, that my design is based on my own idea.
I strongly reject all the accusations, all of them are alleged and unfounded!
I have never heard about Waddesdon Wine, however, before submitting I did not check if my design is already exist somewhere (how could I?).
You can see my works at my profile, all of them are unique and original. Why would I take a risk to submit a stolen design, especially I have a quite good 90% positive feedback and dozen of uploaded designs!?
Being a part of the "cheaters list" violates my honor, since I and my clients have never had problems with my works!
I'm going to contact with Designcrowd support, and really hope, they will do justice in this situation.

Hello boss , this a clean copy .How can two designs be exactly the same . its just like copying Apple logo and giving it a different color and telling its my new creation .
Copyright infringement is a serious crime and your organization will take no part in use of material that has been deliberately taken from another source. This action can carry criminal penalties as well as professional embarrassment.
