Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a handman company that provides general handyman services. Many of our handymen our firefighters so we want to tie this symbolism to our logo, hence the use of a maltese cross which is commonly used by fire departments.

I have uploaded Sample Image #1 which is a mock up idea of what we're looking for. In the middle (circle) of the cross there will be a graphic comprising of a paint brush, hammer, screwdriver and a ladder which each tool facing the directions depicted in the uploaded image (Sample Image #1) - the paintbrush will be vertical where the horn is, the screwdriver will be horizontal where the pick-axe is, the hammer will be where the axe is. The paint brush should have some paint running off it, but not too much. There will be a red fire helmet in the middle above each tool.

In each of the four leafs there will be words, as follows:

- PRIDE (left leaf)
- INTEGRITY (top leaf)
- WORKMANSHIP (bottom leaf)
- TRUSTED (right leaf)

Font will be Adobe Caslon Pro.

The maltese cross of the image (Sample Image #1) attached is subject to someone else's copyright and therefore we don't want to copy this but use this as a guide to what we are looking.

We like the look of the tools in the additional uploaded images and these are a guide for what you might want to create - again these are copyrighted images.

We'd like this to be created in Illustrator as a vector with suitable layers and paths.

Our color (C,M,Y,X) codes which could be used for text and strokes are:

Red: 22,100,100,18
Orange: 7,36,100,0
Yellow: 1,8,38,0

Use some creativity, we are wanting something modern but traditional at the same time. You are not restricted by the styles provided. Thanks and look forward to seeing your design.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Must have the Maltese Cross with the tools and words in it. We don't need the text on the outside as we can do that ourselves in-house if need be.

Schön zu haben

• Ideally the text on the outside of the maltese cross.

Sollte nicht haben

• Don't deviate too far from the traditional look of a fire department's maltese cross crest. The sample image #1 is a good reference point to what we are looking for.
