Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

UPDATE: i removed the image files of modern homes and replaced them with images of mid-century modern homes which better reflect the style of architecture we wish to associate ourselves with.
I have received 14 submissions as of 10/16/15 morning time. The best submissions incorporated the "snow globe" idea (dome over house) with a flat / square bottom representing the solid foundation. The company name definitely needs to be lowercase letters only. I like the name beneath the dome.
I am leaning strongly towards awarding the project to designer that submitted best initial submission but want to just wait and see what comes back in round 2 after all the feedback I offered and these new more focused directives. Thank you everyone for your submissions.

We need a logo design for a new company based in Orlando FL. We build new custom homes for buyers in every market segment. In addition to this we buy and renovate existing homes for resale but completely transform the homes to meet all of our specifications.
The things that set us apart from our competition is our total commitment to transparency and the fact that we self perform all of the structural and finish work to maximize quality by maintaining control. (this is not normal in this industry).
The design should convey the idea of strength and transparency. When I think of strength I think of an immovable foundation. Modern design elements should be incorporated. Something that conveys a unique ,solid, modern (generically modern), green (energy efficient & complimentary to its surroundings), house and a transparent process.
The nameof the company is "transparacon, inc." I like the word spelled with all lowercase letters but I dont know much about design so I am open to anything.
Secondary Considerations.
The obvious icon of a glass house to convey the idea of transparent construction is probably not what I am looking for.
About me:
I am the owner and license holder. I am father of 3 little ones (ages 1,4, & 7). I am a full blown conspiracy theorist type and proud of it. I am a flat earther - any design which takes cues from that meme would be awesome - any design that contains layers of meaning (even if secretive or lost on the vast majority of those who see it) would be a cool touch.] My worldview encompasses things that materialism would suggest that it shouldn't.

people interested in substance. Someone who would NEVER buy a cookie cutter home in a "planned" (ie- generic) development. Customers who may have built new homes in past. Very high end buyer who is used to running a business and likes the idea of the transparency of upfront pricing and stated limits on mark up, etc.

Schön zu haben

• maybe a glass dome or like a snow globe with a clean modern residential structure under construction inside the (snow free) snow globe with a little sun hanging in the mini domed sky (see flat earth diagrams). I like blues and greens but thats not important to me.

Sollte nicht haben

• I'm not dogmatic on anything in this catagory but my feeling is that I dont want a picture of a glass house. I dont want any mascots or cartoons.
