Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a brochure design.
It is an A3 page folded into 2 A4.
The brochure is for a company at the catering services in Israel - mostly finger food trays for businesses and home events.
Most of the brochure will be like a menu (we have the photos). To every photo there will be 3-4 short sentences that describes the food presented.
The brochure will be in Hebrew language (Right to Left) - We will do all the Language stuff but need an impressive design for the brochure.
The brochure should communicate quality and pleasent feelings.

1] Businesses Events - the person that orders food for Board meetings, courses, conventions - most of the time the secretaries.
2] Home Events - like birthdays, Celebrations - most of the time the mother orders the food
