WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a re-design of my web page, www.attababyjobs.com. I want it to be Responsive so it looks great on mobile. I am a job recruiter for military veterans in the U.S. Here is a sample re-design site that a different developer just finished for me: http://attababyjobs.com/test/ I fired him because I got frustrated with his design abilities. But, this site is the general idea of what I want. I want the colors to be red, white and blue. I like a lot of white space so, big type, and video/pictures so it's easy on the eyes. I like this page: http://deadredhitting.com/ . I do a lot with videos (that's how I present my veterans to companies, testimonials, job tips) so I would like to have a lot of video on the page. I want the home page to be one long scrolling page so it is easy to navigate on mobile and I can load it with keywords for SEO. I want the page to have a patriotic and powerful feel.

I have two audiences: Veterans looking for jobs and Companies looking to hire jobs. Right now I focus on the state of Connecticut, but next month I'm expanding to Massachusetts and I have plans to expand nationwide.

• Top section big and clear for Veterans to "Register Free"...this will bounce to my registration page...the most important goal of the site.
• Big and clear way for Companies to complete a form to request more information.
• Highlight videos of testimonials...the success stories
• Big headlines and text so the page is easy on the eyes and easy to read on a mobile phone.
• Lots of white space
• A professional look...want viewers to see the company as a strong
• I need the ability to edit the page when you're done....to add forms, additional pages, etc.
