The current budget suffices for mainpage psd design only max - no full site or more pages designed or coding or backend integration involved.
Also please guarantee the projects if you with the best designers to work on it

Hi there
I have updated the brief a bit so hopefully it is more descriptive. What we are looking for is a theme for a Wordpress site that we can work around with and expand. We are a small organization in Iceland for welders so our marketing base isn't as large as the ones you would have in America for example. Hence why the low budget, but we have increased it to 400 dollars for now.
The theme itself doesn´t need to be anything "fancy" just a clean and simple theme that we could expand on ourselves at a later date as our member base increases.
This is our second DesignCrowd project so we are still learning how it works so thank you very much on your feedback, it has helped us a lot :)

What do you mean by theme?
Psd design or full coded? Also a newsletter design which is a separate project altogether included in this?
The prize does not suffice for the work quantum demanded. Not working.
