The Optimist is a modern restaurant and bar located on the heart of Hong Kong , spread amongst three floors , our ground floor will be a bar , and the second and third floor will be a restaurant with two atmospheres but a single concept .
The food will be mediterranean grilled food over the charcoal with both fish and meat .

The optimist want to represent good quality of ingredients and simplicity
The optimist is character that sees the life from a positive point of view, a winner and an epicurean .
The main character in the logo should be the letter "O" , and if any image should be around "Fish & Meat "

Do's ;
Simplicity
Elegant
two colours ( Blue , golden , black or green )
The logo should contain both the name and a character .
Logo can be a pencil drawing

Dont's
No red colour
No grill or meat or fish in the logo , logo has to be subtle .
No flags ( Spain , France, Italy ) at all
