We are a dental practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. We want a modern type of card, but also fun because we see all ages from infants to adults. So, we probably will need some mixture of cartoons to a more mature type of card. I like greens, blues. But any colours will be fine that you think will make the card unique. At the back we need to put appointment information such as name, date, time, and copay. Also can you add somewhere "This time is reserved especially for you. If it cannot be kept, we would appreciate 24 hour notice for rescheduling another appointment. Charges may be made for broken appointments. Thank you for your consideration." My company that owns Lakewood Smiles is Bear Dental Group. Is there anyway a bear with a toothbrush could be incorporated into the back size of the card. I have a logo that will need some help. This was a 3D rendering. Can you try to encorporate some type of smiling teeth into the logo or you can even alter the logo or make a new one if you want.Thank you
