The budget is for one illustration.

The size... honestly, not sure exactly. What is appropriate to be a header banner on a web page? This is for web graphics only. The web site is www.dirtygirlsconsulting.com. You can see the outline of the site but we have no graphics. But this should be the main image on our home page.
