Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a non-profit organization that is assisting communities and individuals with creating action plans to create ways to get out of there current situations. We use networking with social service agencies and business recruitment to develop individuals and communities to thrive. We take a holistic approach and choose to make people accountable for the outcome. We are also rooted in the community and work hard to help them flourish as well to provide safe and empowering places for people to do life. I want a logo that reflects the that life is messy, so I like the idea of the word WITNESS being in a font that looks like it was painted messy - But I also like the words THE and INITIATIVE to be in a crisp clean font and the word INITIATIVE to be phonetically spelled out like in the example file in-i-ti-a-tive. These are just my ideas, so please use your creativity. I like the color scheme to be basic RED, WHITE, BLACK, I have attached some files with fonts and the sort of look I am thinking.
