WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi guys. I would like a wordpress theme designed and coded for a company that sells tshirts. It will be just a presentation website. I want the theme to contain yellow and dark brown as the main colors. For menu items it should have : Home , About us, Services ( normal pages ) , Portfolio ( here i can add some photos that will open in big screen when i click them ) , Contact page ( it should contain a contact form , a google map that i can scroll around )
The theme should be very modern.
