Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a boutique hotel located in Beijing styled of local Courtyard architecture with real Beijing culture for international travelers. We need a pamphlet design used as a Service Guide inside the guest room.
This folded pamphlet has 10 pages sized in 1/4 A4 printing paper.

Cover page (page 1)--No contents (need your design)
Page 2--Morning call and wifi
Michael and his wife Joanna started this boutique coutyard hotel on March
16, 2008, so the wifi keeps this date as the password for the memory:
michael20080316.
Page 3--Breakfast
Your room rate has included.
7:30 am to 9:30 am. Center of the yard. American + Chinese
style. Free personal order.
We could prepare some simple lunch and snacks.
For dinner restaurants read our recommendations in the hotel directions
map.
Page 4--Great Wall
Go to the most beautiful and never-been-rebuilt sections e.g. Mutianyu and
Jinshanling by our minivan and private car service. You can also join the
tour group.
Page 5--Traditional Chinese Massage
Relax your muscle; Treat your body pain.
45/60 minutes need appointment.
Page 6--Show
Don't miss our unique local shows
Peking Opera
Acrobatic show
Kungfu show.
Page 7--Airport Transfer
We have exclusive car/van service. We can also help you to use your own
Uber account in Beijing.

We would like to see each page come with an image or a cartoon drawing together with the given words to pass a clear, short, warm, cosy message/informatin to the guests, meanwhile better in a humorous and relaxed manner.
We also hope the readers can feel the deeply local atmosphere while holding and eye-touching this pamphlet. Your design could indicate the printing paper style and background color. Try your best to use Chinese elements.

• We want it plain simple original and homemade feelings, because it is out of Michael's House not from a franchised standard star rated hotel. Yes it is personal and unique. Also we prefer traditional conservative and upmarket.
