Thanks for your second shot. I realise a house does not alone mean 'builder'
The hammer combined with a house does. Alternately something more abstract. I'm going to see what comes in over the next couple of days and build my impressions around that. I've never really paid attention to logos before so am open to suggestion. Cheers George

Having seen all these blue and yellow designs I am now less keen on the combination.
I would like to open it up again to whatever colours you think work.
The one design that has come through on the natural wood is something I like. Timber is our primary medium in NZ residential construction.

I am not a designer so am not sure that I have the knowledge to rate or critique your work.
please give me something creative in colour and form and convince me that it is what I need and want.
