I guess I'm after a logo that either is incorporated into the text of the company name ('collectibleEx'), or a logo that stands together/alongside the company name. Has to blend in with the site (i.e. modern/ serious design)

The 'Ex' at the end of 'CollectibleEx' could be a place to look at? Ex is an abbreviation of 'Exchange'. Like an stock/asset exchange, where the prices of assets (like stocks) go up or down on a daily basis

Perhaps a graph could be incorporated into the 'x'? Like a financial line graph going steeply upwards?

Or perhaps a bold or striking 'x'?

'x' is key because it emphasises the fact that it is an exchange?

Its tough.....

has to be modern & serious and in keeping with the website (which is changing daily)

Worked on an upscale concept in line with the web and with the stylized x to also indicate the exchange factor.
