Maskottchen-Design Kurzbeschreibung

At Town & Country we provide more than 9,000 affordable homes across Kent and Sussex in the UK and have a strong commitment to providing good quality housing, excellent customer service, supporting and developing vibrant communities.

Our project
As part of our commitment to improve our internal communication we are about to release our new intranet for staff communication. The staff has had an opportunity to name the site and we have now chosen ‘Smart Alec’ as the name for our intranet.

We are now looking for a character mascot to use in our internal communications and would like to invite designers to create a character that we can use and develop throughout the year.

We want Smart Alec to be approachable as a guide for staff so may pop up on other pages as well as sitting on our home page.

We are happy to consider people, animals, objects, male or female. They should be friendly, happy and welcoming. Our corporate colour is Pantone 313C but you can use a pallet of other colours. We are looking for a series of 3 illustrations that show the character in business clothes, casual clothes and one holding a white card so we can put text over adapting for special projects, however the winning designer will get an opportunity to work on additional designs throughout the year.
