Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm in need of a vector logo for a tourism app and website, the app must represent the different activities available in resorts, but must look both professional and fun. It must be instantly readable and recognisable as a brand. It can be 2D or 3D. It must represent mountains in summer and winter.

Such activities include:
Skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, rafting, etc.

The app will be called "Powder & Pedals Morzine" - I must be able to change the resort name (at the end) on the logo, hence I need the layered .PSD file.

The logo could include the regional flag (attached), but not necessary.
The logo could use a crank and pedal for the 'P' at the beginning of 'Pedals', again not necessary.
The logo could include the official 'Morzine' logo, but not necessary.
It does not need to say 'Portes du Soleil'.

Going forward I would require a .GIF/MP4 of the logo where the 'camera' pans through logo to reveal the whole finished logo, so the designer must be able to deliver this after the logo is finalised. This will be on the homepage of my website.
