Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am wanting to paint a poster-sized version of my coaching philosophy so that I can reference it when I talk to peers about my coaching methodology.

I have uploaded an image of my design that I would like to be digitized. You can make some stylistic changes to it if you want. The file is called Yellow Brick - My design and is attached below.

There are several things that are REQUIRED in the design:
(1) body - dorothy developing from youth to adolescent to adult to old age
(2) mind - joy happiness on faces
(3) spirit - the yellow brick road
(4) sport being bigger than just the sport - a charity, a religious symbol, along the road
(5) winning - a trophy, money, a "Carrot" along the road

REASON for design.
My idea was to have the yellow-brick road from the "Wizard of Oz" with Dorothy being the protagonist going through her life down the yellow brick road. The coaching philosophy is that the yellow brick road is actually gold. The thought being, the joy and reward is found in the "journey." The gold is in the road. You have to enjoy what you're doing now, not feel like you'll only be happy once you get to your goal.

I was wanting the design to have aspects of sports, especially tennis in some way. The training of an athlete, and the development of the body from youth to adolescent to adult to old age would be a great image if some designer can capture that in the design.

I'm still looking for anything a designer has come up with.  I'm about to go to bed, and I haven't received any designs!  I'm hoping tomorrow someone will have come up with something.  Even a first draft would be great!  Thanks

I have been thinking about the design over the night.  The design does not have to include Dorothy.  The main part of the design is the yellow brick road made out of gold.  I also thought about using road signs that steer the characters in different directions.


The road signs are an analogy for life and sport being a process.  I hope that some of the road and some of the road signs force the athlete or people to go down "Symbolicly" or in a circle or backwards to show that isn't always a straight line from one point to your goals.  

I also wanted to add a plant or tree that grows along the road.  I like the idea of a tree because I feel like the idea of "Growth" is the same as the journey.  You will grow as a person along the way of life.

I'm hoping you can add in..
(1). Life as a process - Street signs that don't always go straight
(2). Yellow Brick Road - I still want the yellow brick road made out of gold
(3). Growth - a tree that grows along the road to symbolize character growth of the athletes.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I have been asked to extend the deadline by a designer, so I will. The problem is that my project is due today, so I will appreciate anybody's rough draft. I will however guarantee this project because it means a lot to me and give designers adequate time to fully develop what hopefully is in my mind. I look for designers to take creative freedom in this project and wish to be a part of a fun project! I'm looking forward to seeing the designs and am excited!
