Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need to update an existing logo. I have a logo for my program which is called "Best Places To Work" and I need to change the name for the program to "Employers of Excellence". I want to be able to brand the program the same so I would like to use the same artwork, but change the name to "Employers of Excellence". See attached files.

I need the logo in an ai file for high resolution purposes.
