I am a graphics designer & i particularly found your project interesting. I have read and understood your guidelines clearly. But something i want to get more clear on is that, the sketch file included named example... is very basic, so my query is that is your desired output that much basic or it can be more detailed. well, not in a sense that detailing the sketches so much as to appear like a real image, there can be some more details to express the expression of jim's smile, or his spiked hair, broad eye-brows... or for example, bill's smile looks much wider to me, as his eyes are distinguishable...! so do u guys all those details ignored or you want a something of a hint to be there? i hope i have expressed what i am confused about. you can further contact me at my email given on the site or reply through the site. thank you.. !

I recommend submitting both a more detailed versions and basic versions. 

Yeah I agree... am working on it now.... lets see if my work appeals to you... but please let me know where i stand after your selection is done, even if i stand last.. it definitely will help me evaluate myself as a designer and we always wanna get better... ! thanks...
