Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my new business working with youth with pathways into employment, training of further studies. Also providing employers with information regarding their training needs. Our products include; Career and Vocational Assessments and Guidance and Business Consults. I would like an earthy colour background, but most importantly the emphasis on the hands/leaves( making the Y in the main title YET) in the logo creating that growth and development of planting the seed/idea and growing it into a reality. Attached are a couple of pictures that I have sourced, I like the colouring of the leaves in the blue, lime green, grey picture.
