Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. (Anka) is a non-profit community behavioral healthcare organization with multiple programs throughout California and Michigan. For over 40 years, we have provided programs and services to men, women, and children with mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse problems, and involvement in the criminal justice system. We have had our current logo for over 18 years now and it's time for a change. We want something fresh and progressive that shows the true organization that we are - one that puts people first, cares about clients, staff, partners, and the community. We desire to eliminate the stigma of mental illness, improve peoples quality of life, and drive progress. Our current logo is "phoenix bird rising from the ashes" - which aligns with our mission and name, however we are open to designs other than bird logos. We are also open to colors, but would probably like to keep a bright blue color (sapphire, cerulean, aqua, etc.) as one of the colors in the logo. The final design should communicate people, caring, growth, recovery, human rights, healthcare, psychology, social services, etc. (hopefully that is not too many concepts). Our team would like to see more logos with a bird or multiple birds (meant to represent a phoenix rising from the ashes) in the design submissions.
We have received many truly beautiful and professional designs, but not many have our original bird concept in it. We are open minded to other designs too, but would really love to see much more bird logo designs.
