What format do you need your final design in? and is it alright if I use more colors than the colors mentioned?

Yes it is alright if you choose other colours.

So far we keep it in blue, white and green.

A note: I think that the volume of text at your attached sample is to high: it is not likely that your customers would read that much. What do you think of producing an ad with just a key points as stated in your website header?
Of course, if you a looking for a flyer (not a print ad as stated in your brief), the whole copy can be used.
Please clarify whether it should be an ad or a flyer.
Also, could you please upload your logo in vector format, it is needed to design any collateral.

thanks for your mail. I appreciate that you are interested in this work. Basically the magazin ad is the furst step of our launch. Based on that add we would create flyers and brochures also. Until now I always thought it would be the best to use the same design for ad and also for the flyer but I am open for proposals.

What we need for the launch is the following:
- Magazine Advert (1 page A4)
- Magazine Advert (half page)
- A visual one pager how the voucher process works (I would need that next week already thats why I am putting so much presusre on it)
- a sales brochure (2 sided) for patients
- a sales brochure (2 sided) for principal dentists
- a sales brochure (2 sided) for associate dentists
- a design for the "rate-me-cards"

We will use the brochure mostly in Email campaigns first.
Later we will print them also.

To be honets I am happy to have a look at whatever you propose.
If you think the text is too much then I am happy to check and compare your proposal.

Dear Dejan,

I need the design ready at the beginning of next week. This is my first project here so I am not 100% sure what the outcome will be. That is why I am hestitating to make a payment guarantee. I have seen one design so far and it is not very good at all.
So I am not sure about the quality that I can expect here on Designcrowd.

What I can defintely tell you is that I will go with one design beginning next week because I am already under time pressure.

Thanks for the information provided.
Please be aware that, generally speaking, you can't expect to get all 7 listed pieces for the allocated budget -- it is for a one-pager, either ad or flyer.
So, I am going to produce an A4 flyer that you need first.
I still need your logo in vector format (AI, CDR, PDF) so please upload it as soon as possible because I can't do the design without a clean logo as it can't be extracted from your brief proposal documents.

Can i use another pictures from depositphotos.com, or istockphoto.com (what later you will should buy) or not.
