Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a SaaS solution that will be used by MLB (Major League Baseball) scouts. The name of the app is called "ONIT". The phrase "ONIT" has an inherent definition to MLB scouts. It means that a scout is covering his territory and is on top of each and every prospect with 100% assurance.

THE ACTUAL APP IS IN DEV AND HAS HEAVY INFLUENCE FROM GOOGLE'S "MATERIAL DESIGN" (https://www.google.com/design/spec/material-design/introduction.html). We would like to see designs that are simple, incorporate the words ONIT, are color agnostic (meaning it can be used with any background color), and communicate that it's for baseball scouts.

****We would like the words ONIT to be in cool font inside outline of "home plate"... but again simple, material design, cool font for ONIT, color agnostic.
