I currently have the domain and hosting for lagel.com.au
I'm looking for the design and user friendly styling of nimble.com.au however I need the website to function like iselect.com.au

The website essentially will be the business, we want clients to come to our website to choose and compare conveyancing services across Australia. Customers must be able to pay via PayPal to deposit to lagel.com.au which we will then pass on to the relevant service provider less our fee. The idea is that this will be a free service to customers and the only charge is incurred by the solicitors/registered conveyances for what will essentially be a referral.

Customers should be able to find the page, select either sale, purchase or both
Select house, unit, land, house and land package

Ideally there should be limited forms and more pictures for ease of use, such as an large Australia icon (similar to that found on realestate.com.au) where customers can select there state

On payment page I also need customers to enter their Date of Birth (DOB), address and contact details, and answer the question how did they find out about us.
