Do you prefer the cover to be traditional ilustrated or using real photography?

most of the historical novels are traditional illustrated.
covers submitted so far are traditional and nothing stands out.
let's see what you can offer with traditional.
remember, a just delivered baby, in bloody naked hands, will grab.
never seen anything like that, but that is just an idea..... nothing firm.
this is when mothers did not want to go into hospitals to die of childbirth fever.
when caesarians meant death from peritonitis.
when doctors operated in period clothes... no caps, gowns. they did not know anything about infection.
i do not know if you can get photos of times when photopgraphy was new.l
maybe there are some photos of old delivery rooms... with nice new crisp photo of modern naked baby.

this is a hard cover to make.
that is why i raised the dollar payment.
