Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new, one-person company, called, "3 Circles Coaching and Consulting". We provide Leadership Coaching, and Consulting for Lean / Operational Excellence. Designs using blue would be preferred, but with a white background.

"3 Circles" comes from a particular kind of thinking that we promote, whereby "People, Process and Performance" are 3 equal, partially overlapping circles (like a Venn diagram, with one circle at the top, and two circles at the bottom), and Operational Excellence exits at the point of intersection. At the part of the Venn diagram where all 3 circles overlap, we should colour that part gold.

The company provides professional services, so the tone should be semi-formal. Fonts more formal than arial, but less formal than Times New Roman.

The overall tone should be confident, relatively simple, and professional.
