Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need an 8.5x11 inch datasheet created in Illustrator - compatible with CS6.

Deliverable will be an Illustrator file. I have included the pdf of our current corporate overview datasheet and a welcome image we have been using quite a bit. You can reference these elements and push beyond this a bit.

This is a co-branded piece and I will have to swap out the second company as needed. So the other company logo could be a multitude of shapes. The design of this section will somewhat need to account for this.

Requirements:
Highlight the TV front and center
Independa should be the main company – including our logo and our website
There should be room on the 2nd page for reseller information:
• Text above the reseller area should say: Independa Certified Reseller
• logo – design needs to account for logo differences – verticle vs. horizontal, etc.
• Address, email, phone, website



Images to include:
• Independa logo and tagline
• Reseller logo (sample included)
• TV
• Starburst of some kind that says “World’s First and ONLY TV with Embedded Eldercare Services” ONLY should be in RED (we will want to leverage this same image on the website and other emails, etc. – you can see a simplified version of this on our TV video around 1:30 http://independa.com/televisions)
