I have very little computer literacy skills and I am a bit confused. I want to have a finished web page through a web page designer. Can you help me understand what it means to have the site coded vs. uncoded. I googled wordpress and understand that this means to have graphics or slideshows. According to Design crowd the posting fee suffices for 1-2 pages and I am to ask designers how much they charge for designing further pages.

Yes I am still trying to understand if I need to upgrade my project to a coded project. I am unsure what this means.

your project type is " Web Design (Uncoded - PSD layout only)", so we - designers will provide the design only, for coding your budget is not enough. It is better to hand over the design to a developer so he can handle this.
