Sorry but the price is 100% too low for the quality/quantity of work you're expecting. A brochure design alone ranges from $200 to $500 depending on the amount of pages needed. Unless the price increases, quality designers will not attempt to do this amount of work with your cost.

The logo, should be redesigned or should be left as is adapting it to a vector format?

Also, this is a design site, and while probably many designers are able to code a design, this is very unlikely it will happen. Please clear up, if you also want coding for the website or as just design. Coding and design are very different. One takes care of the looks and the other one takes care of the inner works.

Well, I leave the decision of redesigning the logo (or leaving it as is) to you. What I meant in the project text was that you would have the freedom to modify the logo design slightly if you think it would improve it and/or make it more consistent with the rest of the designs. thanks
